Delivery

Do you offer self-collection?

Yes, we do. We will contact you separately for self-collection orders.

Please note that if orders contain Frozen Milk Kefir with other items, the whole order will be considered as self-collection. 

Self-collection orders can only be picked up at Sembawang - Monday to Sunday from 2pm to 4pm.  

What do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is fulfilled by a third-party delivery provider. The cost of delivery is paid directly to the third-party delivery provider. It is at a flat rate of S$5. If the cost of the orders is more than S$50, delivery is FOC. 

Ordering

I would like to place an order. Are you able to deliver on the day I place my order or do I need to order in advance?

We will process the order once payment is made. As the items are freshly prepared upon ordering, orders can only be self-collect or shipped out after 2 to 3 working days. There will be another lead time of 1 to 2 working days for orders to reach you.

Why are my orders taking so long to reach me?

We do not keep any stocks for our treats. Each treat is prepared upon your orders. No preservatives are added. As such, please bear with us if your orders take a slightly longer time to reach you. 

I made an error with my order details! What should I do?

If you have made a mistake in keying in some or part of your order, billing or delivery details, do reach out to us via email at info@pawscrumptious.com with your order number and information on the order details to be corrected and we will make every effort to assist.

 I've placed my order! How will I know if my order is on its way to me?

Once the team receives your order, an email notification will be sent to you when your order is in being prepared. A second email will be sent to you once your order is en route to the delivery address, which will include a tracking number for you to track the progress of the delivery. No further emails will be sent thereafter. If you have arranged for delivery to a recipient other than yourself and would like confirmation on the order completion, please reach out to us via email at info@pawscrumptious.com.

 Payment

What payment options do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept a variety of local payment options. We welcome most major credit and debit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard. Alternatively, you may also make payment via PayPal Express Checkout.

Refunds and Returns

I have placed my orders. How can I cancel my orders?

We regret to inform that once orders have been processed, it is not possible to cancel. Do email us at info@pawscrumptious.com for further discussion.

Treats packaging

How are your treats packed?

Our treats are freshly prepared once payment is received. 

Each treat is vacuum sealed packed with silica gel to ensure they remain fresh upon reaching you. 

After opening, it is best that you keep them in airtight containers and keep them in fridge for longer shelf life. Please make sure hands are clean and dry before handling any treats and they are not exposed out in the open for too long due to the humidity of our weather. 

Why are your expiry date so short?

We do not use any preservatives in preparation of our treats. Thus, the expiry dates are within 20days to 45days. The expiry dates of each treat are indicated on each packaging. 

Others

Why should we get from Pawscrumptious when there are so many brands out in the market?

Pawscrumptious may not have the most fanciful packaging, or colourful treats that other brands offer, but we are 100% confident that what we stated on the ingredients’ list are what goes into the treats. They are human graded. Meaning that we human can eat them as well. We only use single ingredients for our air dried treats and 3 ingredients for our cookies. No other hidden ingredients. This is to ensure our furkids will not be subject to unnecessary allergies that we pawrents will find it hard to eliminate.

We can make our own treats. Why should we spend money to buy from Pawscrumptious?

We understand that pawrents are busy. The effort and time to purchase the raw ingredients, slicing and time to dehydrate may take a toll on the pawrents. Thus, we are here to fill in the gaps. Why not take this time to spend with your furkids instead and let us do the job.

Why are the prices of your treats so low?

We are a small, home-based business. Lots of other overheads costs are absorb by us directly. We believe in passing cost savings to our customers. As such, we are able to price our treats at a competitive price. Please support us. 

There seems to be limited treats available. 

We are always thinking of innovative healthy treats to offer to our furbabies. So do check back often for more new treats coming up. 

I have questions on what is suitable for my furbaby. Who can I ask?
